This is a yearly membership plan that covers preventative services like regular or emergency exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments and oral hygiene instructions. No extra fees, co-payments or deductables for regular cleaning and exam visits.

No headache navigating claims, pre-authorizations, denials or changes in coverage like with traditional dental insurance. Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

What happens if we need to do treatment?

For being a care plan member you get 30% off treatment like fillings, crowns, laughing gas or extractions.

Have more than one kiddo?

You get an additional 15 % discount for additional family members.
